In efforts to reach the poor and underprivileged section of the society, Dhyanapeetam has been looking for new ways to make medical help available to the people. In addition to the medical camps conducted at its ashrams every month, a mobile dispensary vehicle has been added to the medical services wing of the organization. Dr.Nirmala, an infertility specialist and practicing obstetrician for the last twenty years, dedicates her time, expertise and loving care for the mobile dispensary wing of Dhyanapeetam.

Due to the high cost of seeking medical help and getting medicines, the villagers are often not able to avail themselves of the medical facilities in the cities today. They are either too poor, not being able to afford to miss a day's wages or unable to travel to the city to seek medical help. The mobile dispensary is just the answer to their dilemma.

The volunteers who assist in the mobile dispensary helping the doctors, dispensing medicines, and talking to the villagers say "It is such a joy to be a part of this great mission and is life transforming for us when we see the joy and gratitude of the villagers towards a higher energy that is making all this happen".

Disciples and devotees of the Master assist the doctors in the medical camp talking to the people bringing health awareness and awareness about the various facilities available to them.

The intensity and dedication of the volunteers in being a part of Dhyanapeetam's efforts in reaching out to the economically backward section of the country is truly admirable. It helps bring home Nithyananda's message to us "Be Blissful, You will experience the tremendous energy of Existence flowing through you, touching each and everyone who comes in contact with you". Meditation is the key towards Blissful living.
